Dear Friends and Supporters,

We are grateful to share a hopeful update from Redeeming Reins: our ministry has begun working with groups of at-risk youth, and the program is off to a strong start.

What’s happening now

• We have launched group sessions that combine therapeutic horsemanship, mentorship, and life-skills activities.

• Youth participants are responding positively—showing improved focus, increased confidence, and more willingness to engage with peers and mentors.

• Staff and volunteers report meaningful breakthroughs during lessons and barn activities; small successes are building momentum.

The need remains great

• Many young people in our community face trauma, instability, and limited access to supportive adult relationships. Our program helps fill that gap, but demand continues to exceed capacity.

• To sustain and expand this work, we need ongoing support in several key areas:

  • Prayer: Please lift up the youth, their families, our staff, and volunteers. Pray for healing, resilience, and open hearts.

  • Volunteers: We need reliable volunteers for barn support, horse care, program assistance, and mentorship. Training and orientation are provided.

  • Financial support: Contributions help cover program costs, horse care, facility maintenance, and supplies.

  • In-kind donations: Equipment, safety gear, and supplies for horses and participants are always welcome.
